4.2 Payment Terms

4.3 Free Trials

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMANGLUE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

• We may delete your account and User Content
• Provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply

You may export your data before termination. After account deletion, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.2 Arbitration Agreement
